Finally, Our Referral!

After nearly three years we finally got our referral. Our new daughter was born on September 25, 2007. She was 1 year and a week when we got her referral. She is now waiting for us at the Ji'nan Social Welfare Institute in Shandong province. Ji'nan is a sister city to Regina.









Her Chinese name is Fu Hu Qing and we will call her Lileah Fuqing. Her name means Bringing Brightness. Adriana is so excited about her new sister. The day we got Lileah's picture from Social Services she wanted to hold Lileah's picture all the way home. When we got into the house she immediately showed Missy and Caesar, the cats her new sister. They weren't in the least bit interested. That night, Adriana slept with Lileah's picture.
